Orizon has allowed me to become more expressive and develop a positive attitude towards my previous negative self body image.

Orizon has introduced me to and allowed me to become more open minded to many cultures through its music and dance.

The seasoned participants of Orizon always had a way of welcoming new participants with their warmth and nonjudgmental demeanors. This is highly unusual in most established classes.

Please know that you have my support in whatever your decision is with the Orizon program.

Orizon has instilled a sense of peace within me in my otherwise stressed, hectic and crazy life. I always hated missing a class!

Please know that if you are able to offer another class at a different location I would love to participate!

You are an absolutely beautiful woman and an incredible dancer. I am so lucky and fortunate to have you as an influence in my life.

I wish you all the best in your future endeavors! I hope to be a part of any future program you may offer.

Thank you for all that you have taught me. I expect our paths to cross again.

Sincerely,

Micaela is leaving us for a new Opportunity, but not completely, she will still be teaching at The Ranch Health Club on Monday nights, alternating weekly between Orizon Combat and Orizon Soul: starting in November and class will also begin 15 minutes earlier at 7pm.

Micaela thank you for alternating. That is fantastic. Your students are going to be thrilled to keep both formats!!!

Your class has been nourishment to my mind, body and spirit for the past 3 years.

Is there anything that we can do? Are there other options so that we can continue your class? I sense that there have been many changes in your life right now, so if you need time to regroup is understandable.

Hopefully to be back shakin',
Alice Sanchez

Hi Micaela,

Where are you new classes going to be? I thought I heard you mention Royal and Preston which is close to my work. Maybe I can take class there.

Thanks, Tanzeen

In the last Orizon class in Frisco you said something that stuck with me. You said something to the effect of, "The world won't wait on you...You have to take opportunities when they come and create them where there are none..." It looks to me, from your newsletter-email, that you are a woman of your word! Go Micaela!

I'm so hoping I can figure out your schedule and arrange mine to get into some of the other classes you have. I was bound and determined to make that class a part of my life, but now it looks like I need to stretch myself even further to demonstrate just how willing I am to re-do my body, mind and spirit! gggrrrr....I knew there was just something way to easy about joining that class and actually liking it!!

You are a beautiful girl and it all works out exactly how it's supposed to. Sometimes the World/God/Universe will do for us something we wouldn't do ourselves even if it doesn't make sense.
Hope to see you soon!
Thinking about you,
Kelly

Micaela,
Girl, how are you? I miss you so much! How have things been? I see from the newsletters that you have kept very busy. From what it appears you are doing ya thing!!!! Well, while I have climbed the corporate ladder it has done nothing for my waistline but get bigger. When are your classes at the Ranch? I would love to catch up with you! As you know Taushe is now a married lady. So I am the last of the single gals.

Keep on, keeping on!

Hope to hear from you soon!

Michele

2. My partner is flying up from Florida . Is there a studio we can rent space in the area at?

Thanks!

Micaela,
Do you know how jealous I get every time I read your emails!!!!!!!!!!!!

But the beauty of this one is Orizon on Nov 1... November... hmmm. Dan is talking to the Texas coach when??? IN NOVEMBER!!!!!!!!!! Keep on praying we are getting closer and closer to move back to Texas!

PS... This Dance I am working on is to Get Up by James Brown and these poor girls don't know what hit them, I already had one say "Um we are girls we can't do that" and I said "Um I know a woman (MICAELA) who would run you to death for saying and thinking that, now do it" I can't wait until its done, I'll post it online so you can see it finished!
Love always and Miss You so much,
Theresa Lemke

I just know that all of us who regularly took your Orizon class on Saturday really miss it:-( Not just the class, but everything that made it special... You are irreplaceable, you know that right?! Anyway, I will leave you alone or not ;-), but please think things through.

Remember you have so many lives whom you've impacted--- and don't think it's that easy to get rid of us! hahaha

Love & light,
~Teresa

Hi Micaela,
Please, please, please forgive me for not coming to the dance festival this weekend. I really did want to come, but had so many things I HAD to do this past few days. I do hope it went perfect and that you had a good time with it.

I went to 24hours today for a dance class they offer at 11:00. I wanted to try it out and it was okay. Just 'ok'. It is missing you though! Those of us in the Frisco class know just how spoiled we were in having you as an instructor. Seriously, you have that special something this class doesn't have.

I hope to see you at Larry North Fitness facility Wednesday night. It's a long ways to drive, but after today I can see it's worth it. As long as my work doesn't beg me to switch schedules I should be able to be there.

Take care,
Kelly
